Candidate Panel

One of the obligations of the administrator of personal data regulated by the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data is to provide the persons whose data we process with the possibility of managing consents to data processing.

In Hello Astra, this obligation is carried out through the Candidate Panel. After receiving the application, adding a candidate to the system, creating a temporary profile or importing a CV, we can send a special link collecting consent to the e-mail address of the applicant. A separate link is generated for each application. After joining the Panel, the candidate may grant additional consents or withdraw consents already granted.

In the Panel, it is also possible for the candidate to delete the data in accordance with the right to be forgotten.

If the Candidate has deleted the message with the link, it is possible for the recruiter to resend the link to his Panel via the Candidate Profile in Hello Astra.
