To create a meeting with a candidate from their profile, click the NEW MEETING button in the upper right corner.
In the Details section, provide basic information. If you are creating an appointment from the level of the recruitment process, the Project field will be filled in automatically.
In the Participants section, complete the meeting participants. If you are creating a meeting from the level of the recruitment process, the Recruitment process field will be automatically filled in.
In the Email notification section, select who you want to send the notification to. You will edit the content of notifications separately for each group.
In the Email to candidate section, complete the message for the candidate.
In the Email to participants section, complete the content of the message for the other participants.
Finally, you can add internal notes.
To create a meeting, click CREATE MEETING.
You can see the created meeting in Candidate Profile within the selected project in the MEETINGS tab.
