Consents to the processing of personal data

The default content of consents to process candidate data is provided when creating the client's account. You can pre-edit it during onboarding after enabling GDPR settings at the first start of the system.

Categories

Categories collect individual consents into sets that can then be assigned to Application Forms ("Forms") through recruiting campaigns ("Campaigns").

In the Consents tab in the GDPR section of the Admin Panel, you will find two categories of consent by default: Specific project and Spontaneous Application. You can switch between them using the drop-down list in the upper left corner of the tab.

The first category is designed to be used in the application form for specific positions, the second - in the spontaneous application, without a marked offer. In the first category, you will find two consents, in the second - one. Within the category, you can create and edit new consents, mark goals for specific consents and add their translations. Some of the goals must be unique within the category.

Besides the default categories, you can also create your own categories.

Consents

You can view the consents after clicking. There are two options on the consent line - edit (content, translations and settings) and delete.

Each consent must be assigned one purpose ("Consent for the purposes of:") out of 5:

  • The project for which the candidate applied - basic consent - to process data under the project for which the candidate applied;
  • Other or future projects organized by the company - extended consent - to process data in other processes organized by the company;
  • The processing of sensitive data - consent to the processing of sensitive data (eg medical), if we collect it in the recruitment process;
  • Sharing data with external entities involved in recruitment (e.g. clients) - consent to share data with external entities involved in the recruitment process, if necessary;
  • Other - consent to the processing of data for other purposes, eg marketing or commercial.

For each consent, we can define translations that will be used on the multilingual career website. On the edit screen, you can also view archived consent versions and the history of changes.

Consents in the "Specific project" category

The first is consent to the processing of data under the project for which the candidate has applied, therefore it has been assigned the following purpose:

Consent for the purposes of: The project for which the candidate applied

The second is consent to the processing of data in other processes organized by the company, therefore it has been assigned the appropriate purpose:

Consent for the purposes of: Other or future projects organized by the company

To edit them, click the pencil icon in the consent line on the right or the "EDIT" button in the consent view. In the edit screen, you can add translations for the consent to be used on the multilingual career page. On the edit screen, you can also view archived consent versions and the history of changes. However, you cannot change the purpose assigned to the consent.

You can save or abandon the changes made to editing the consent.

On the category screen, you can irretrievably remove individual consents.

Consents in the "Spontaneous application" category

The only consent in the category concerns the processing of data in other processes organized by the company, therefore it has been assigned the appropriate purpose:

Consent for the purposes of: Other or future projects organized by the company

To edit it, click the pencil icon in the consent line on the right or the "EDIT" button in the consent view. In the edit screen, you can add translations for the consent to be used on the multilingual career page. On the edit screen, you can also view archived consent versions and the history of changes. However, you cannot change the purpose assigned to the consent.

You can save or abandon the changes made to editing the consent.

On the category screen, you can remove consent irretrievably.
