How does the client evaluation work?

Adding new evaluation

After the conversation with the manager or client, you can complete the Client evaluation. The ability to add a candidate's assessment after the technical interview is available to HR recruiters and Hiring Managers assigned to the candidate. Evaluations are assigned to the recruitment process. Multiple evaluations of a given type can be added to a single process. To add a candidate's evaluation after talking to the manager, click the Add new evaluation button in the Evaluations section in the Projects tab in the candidate's profile, and then select the Client evaluation option.

In the Feedback provider field, enter who gave the assessment - it can be a user with Hiring Manager permissions or an external client. Then select a rating from the drop-down list and enter a comment.

To save the evaluation, click ADD, to discard changes - CANCEL.

If you want to view the assessment you've added, click the assessment row to view details.

Editing and deleting the evaluation

To edit or delete an added evaluation, click on the three dots icon to the right of the row with the evaluation, then select what you want to do with the evaluation.
